These networks offer an incredible opportunity for organizations, especially smaller Black, Indigenous & People of Color (BIPOC) and youth-led entities to lower barriers that they may face in order to focus on their missions. For example, organizations may need marketing tools, answers to legal questions, or equity and human resources training. Many organizations throughout these networks have experience with these hurdles and can easily provide advice or documents so that everyone can be more effective overall.
